1Life Projects is a property holding business. It has a portfolio that was increased through the self build of large sectional title residential complexes. The construction division has been shelved and transitioned into managing its assets. The portfolio was constructed using the philosophy to only develop in areas where long term rental demand exists.
Our Strategy
1Life Projects approached property development in a non-traditional way, concentrating on creating annuity income. The focus was on accumulating assets that offer excellent long term income streams. Our vision is an investment strategy that allows for a generational wealth transfer legacy, and therefore primarily focused on delivering high yield investable rental property.

Manages its own Port Elizabeth (Gqebhera) property portfolio of over 200 units. Over an 11 yr period the business constructed over 550 apartments and houses, preferring the secure sectional title complex structure. 1Lifeprojects identified prime investment sites to deliver high yielding property in the entry to middle market price point. Its strategy of selling half and renting half has reaped the business and its investor long term wealth.
